About the Artist
Terry Price b. 1977
Terry Price was born and raised in Fredericton, NB. He is the son of local, renowned artist, Daniel Price and mother, Theresa Scholten, former owner of the Capital Art Gallery. Terry’s art is a reflection of his passions, capturing New Brunswick nature, wildlife, outdoor pursuits and a wide array of portraits. Terry has previously worked with watercolour, acrylic and pastel mediums but today primarily focuses on oils.
You can find some of his recent Maritime-themed works at Trinity Galleries in Saint John, NB.
Artist Statement
My work seeks to celebrate the natural beauty of our province — its forests, rivers, and landscapes — while encouraging a sense of mindfulness and presence. Through my art, I aim to inspire viewers to slow down, disconnect from the distractions of modern life and reconnect with the tranquility and richness that nature offers.
